We’ve successfully demonstrated a full-scale prototype and are now entering the functional prototype engineering and system integration phase. The Role: Strategic Engineering Advisor

We are inviting senior experts in rail vehicle engineering, project delivery, and certification to advise RAILBUS during the prototype phase.

This is a high-impact advisory role focused on:

• Providing strategic input on vehicle system integration and supplier selection

• Reviewing design compliance and safety standards alignment (EN, ISO, IEC)

• Supporting prototype milestone planning, risk mitigation, and quality assurance

• Advising on technical team growth, documentation, and engineering process

• Participating in engineering reviews, supplier discussions, and roadmap refinement

Format & Compensation

• This is a flexible consulting or advisory agreement with a typical engagement of:

  • Time Commitment: 2–4 hours per week (calls, document reviews, feedback)

  • Rate Options:

    • Hourly:

    • Monthly:

    • Equity-based: Optional advisory equity pool  for long-term involvement

  Travel & meetings (if applicable): All flights (Business Class) and accommodation in Dubai covered if on-site participation is needed.
