RAILBUS and PCT to Enter Strategic Partnership for Vehicles Manufacturing
RAILBUS and Premier Composite Technologies (PCT), a leading global manufacturer of advanced composite components, have agreed to a strategic partnership.
PCT will collaborate with RAILBUS from the prototype development stage through to mass manufacturing.
This partnership is set to significantly advance our project, utilizing PCT’s advanced facilities in Dubai and their skilled workforce of over 3,000 employees.
PCT’s distinguished client base includes Alstom, Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, Siemens, and many others.

RAILBUS Prototypes Ready for Manufacturing
We have finalized the detailed designs for the RAILBUS and RAILPOD vehicles and are now set to begin manufacturing in collaboration with our partners. The initial phase of the prototypes is scheduled for completion by February 2025, with a fully functional and operational prototype expected by the end of 2025. Achieving this milestone will be a significant advancement for the company and a key moment for our shareholders.

RAILBUS Partners with University of Huddersfield's IRR to Enhance Design and Certification
RAILBUS has signed an agreement with the University of Huddersfield’s Institute for Railway Research (IRR). This collaboration will enhance our design assurance, reduce operating and maintenance costs, and improve the reliability and safety of the RAILBUS system. Additionally, the IRR will assist in obtaining necessary certifications. Our engineering team plans to visit the IRR in mid-December this year.

RAILBUS Secures New Industrial Unit for Prototype Assembly in Dubai Silicon Oasis
RAILBUS has secured its first industrial unit in Dubai Silicon Oasis, which will be dedicated to the assembly of the RAILBUS prototype. Scheduled to be ready for use in November 2024, the unit will be equipped with the latest manufacturing technology, including advanced CNC machines and precision assembly tools. This state-of-the-art facility will support the efficient and high-quality production of our prototype, paving the way for subsequent phases of development.
